+ -1 moreOverspray of foam insulation is everywhere, cellulose had to be done twice to meet contract amount, second time back they cracked my entry room ceiling. Came back three times to scrape up overspray, still left residue on walls and floor. Still waiting since Nov. to have job completed. Water heater blanket torn and coated also.

Description of Work: These guys do good work and Bill is a good representative. Bill, Keith and the workers seem quite committed to doing a thorough job. They not only work hard in touch conditions, they seem quite passionate about their work. When we ran into snags they were good at coming up with intelligent solutions that made the job better. Dealing with the office is terrible... one woman is quite blunt to the point of rudeness. They sent me the final bill before the job was complete and told one of their sub-contractors I hadn't paid them yet, so he couldn't get paid!! They take Credit Cards, but charge 3% on top of a multi-thousand dollar job. Their scheduling (done through the aforementioned office) is hopeless. We had a 3 day job scheduled for February 3. They are still working on completing the little details April 12th. I hope this is my last visit!
