Response was prompt and the estimator came out within 24 hours. I was able to get on their calendar pretty quickly due to my situation and their flexibility. They worked a weekend to install 500+ feet of fencing and gates and got the entire project done in a day. The team was professional and paid attention to all details. Great job! This was done in August 2017. We had to get them out again in October due to our sneaky dog finding his way out (not due to fencing quality) and they came out and added a bottom bar ASAP for us. Dogs are now completely safe and sound. Great experience with estimator Janie, owner Jesse, and the work crew.

The repair was done when they said it would be for a reasonable amount. I have used Round Hill several times and am not disappointed by the quality of their work.

I was impressed that I was able to speak to someone, Jesse Ingals, who could come out immediately that day to look at the placement, measure the area and give me a quote right there and then. In our conversation, he gave me a lot of detail about the product and the process they would use to install the posts, the gauge of the chainlink, and the overall quality of the product. He also told me that his "guys" could install it the next day. His estimate was well within what I thought it would cost They arrived on time, asked for our input when needed, especially for where to place the two gates, worked diligently all the time they were here and asked us to inspect it before they left. I am very pleased with the work and time spent doing it.

Jesse was very responsive when I first contacted him for an estimate. Though we had 4 estimates provided, I felt Round Hill's was the best value and price. Once the ground thawed, a team of two arrived who were excellent. They walked the property with me before starting the project to ensure their notes and measurements were accurate. They worked thoroughout the day and even into the early evening in order to complete the project. They even returned a week later after I requested they add a few extra panels so that one of my smaller dogs would not escape. About 1 1/2 months after the fence was installed, the main gate began to drag on the ground. At first, I thought the wood had swelled and needed to be shaved at the bottom. Looking closer, though, I realized that the gate is hanging at an angle, causing it to drag. It is becoming increasingly difficult to open the gate. I emailed Jesse and after one week passed without a response, I emailed him a second time and he said he would schedule someone to do the repair when they had a job in the area. After a few more weeks passed, I emailed Jesse again and asked that it be fixed ASAP as the gate is diffcult to open. That email was sent 6 days ago today and no response.

The entire experience was excellent. The estimate was done quickly. The materials were ordered and arrived timely. The installation team was excellent. They installed the fencing in half a day. The fence is gorgeous. The installation was very professional. I am very pleased with the fence and the company. I would definitely recommend this company. I will use their services again.

Got an estimate, decided on fence type and was scheduled in a timely manner. Fence took a bit extra time to install due to some large tree roots that made some post holes difficult to dig, even with machine (good thing I didn't opt to do this myself!). Went with cedar fence due to cost (cheaper than vinyl). Work was done quickly, despite obstacles, and no real damage to my yard from the machine. I changed my order last minute to include some extra picket fence panels, and they were accommodating. This company advocates not using concrete in the holes, claiming that the concrete actually increases the odds the posts will pop up when the ground freezes. I've gotten mixed reports on this, so I guess I won't know until this winter coming winter. The advantage is that the fence will be easy to remove if I choose to do so. Cost was split evenly between fence and labor, about 1100 each. Not sure if that was the best labor cost, but the overall package was reasonably priced. Some fence panels are not the best placed, I would have put knotty or sub-par panels further back in the yard, and they didn't seem to account for this particularly on the gate. Not too big a problem, though, a minor complaint.
