 + 0 moreProject went very well. services supplied at price quoted with only small additions for specific materials required. Work was done very professionally and clean-up was meticulous. Special attention was paid to finish details so that the new windows and doors were consistent in appearance with the house as a whole.

 + -1 moreOverall experience I would call excellent. There are no don'ts with Mr. Larkin - only do's (i.e. it can be done and done right).
Description of Work: Milt replaced 17 windows in my house (built circa 1900). This presented quite a challenge as this house is not "square" and he had to really work at getting them all straight and level. Most were approx. 64"h x 35"w. He also replaced a wooden deck with new TREX material. This took him almost a week to complete. He is very thorough and cleans up everything when the job is done or if it takes more than one day he cleans up at the end of each day. This work was done starting in 2011 and finishing in June of 2012. I would highly recommend Mr. Larkin for his professionalism and attention to detail. Cheryl Peterson, Montpelier VT
