They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I liked that they came out quickly and they came when they said they were going to. They did a very good job.

We were moving from Puerto Rico to a home that had no enclosure for a dog. Our dog had never been outside a fence. Our concerns are obvious and our window of opportunity was limited. It was also during the holiday season. Although Steve could not get the fence up before we moved in it was up soon after the holidays and done in one day before the ground was frozen hard. I was impressed very favorably.

At the very beginning when they told me that they would come out, they couldn't because they had an emergency job to take care of. They explained that to me and I had no problem with that. I didn't see the railing first because I was in Columbus. I just told them that I wanted the wrought-iron replaced with something that looked a little more substantial that I would not have to paint. They did a beautiful job. They are the best people that I have ever worked with. I have absolutely no complaints about them. I would highly recommend them. They normally do business fencing and that type of thing from what I've understood from their commercials. I got prices anywhere from $478 up to about $1300. They were the cheapest, especially with such a wide price range. They were very professional. I was very pleased. They came out, they measured, and they ordered it. They called and told me when they would come out and install it. They were very nice. The company representative even came out because I wasn't in Springfield when they installed it. I told her when I would be there and she asked whether I would mind if she came out so that I could talk to her personally and let her know how I liked it. She was just representing the company. It just looks wonderful. I couldn't believe it. I would absolutely use them again.
