Description of Work: My chimney needed to be cleaned because when I lit a fire my house filled with smoke. When I made the appointment I was told about the process which was for one guy to be at the top of the chimney, one down below and they would sweep down. I was getting the inspection and cleaning for $150. And there was some kind of special to clean a 2nd flue. I light a fire and the house still fills up with smoke. I called shamrock to explain my problem and to explain the process I was given didn’t take place. Nobody went to the top of the chimney. I was told someone would call me back and it’s been about 2 weeks and I haven’t received a call.

Description of Work: I set 3 appointments with this company and was canceled on all 3 appointments. The first appointment was weather related and I can understand that. The second was over booked. The third, after waiting for 4 hours and I called twice, I was told that the had a problem chimney that they were dealing with and I would need to reschedule. Sorry, 3 strikes and that is it.

Description of Work: I was referred to this company with Angie’s list and was very disappointed. I was scheduled to have service with shamrock chimney and spoke to really nice people. when it came time for my appointment no one showed up and received a call several hrs later after my initial appointment I was told someone would be there in 20min and that was a lie, no one showed up and I didn’t even get a call. I would not recommend this company

Description of Work: Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Made an appointment for Thursday, 13 August with a time window between 10 and 1 PM. Nobody showed. But 15 minutes later I get a phone call telling me that their work crew is running over on a job and they’re not gonna be able to get to me. I asked to reschedule for the following day and they gave me a time window between 12 and three. Again nobody showed up. When I called to ask what was going on they said the would call me right back. Never did. 45 minutes later I called them back and it goes straight to voicemail. Sent 2 texts, no reply. Half hour later they did call me back and tell me that their crew was there at 10:15 in the morning and They knocked on the door and nobody answered so they left. Complete Bull$#!t story. Avoid these clowns and don’t waste your time!
