Good guys, good job, good price, didn't hardsell additional work. I will use them again. They were 3.5 hours late. I had to call to see if they were coming. Next time, I trust they will let me know they are running late.

Came on time. Work took about two hours. Took photos before and after. 10 year warranty against water or animal damage. Two men — job looks good.

Don't be misled by the low price - they are apparently padding their schedule and likely won't show. I had them booked between 10-1 for Sat 2/15/20. They didn't call or show and when I called to confirm (after waiting), Mary the scheduler apologized and said they can't make it anytime that day, so how about Weds morning. I agreed, only to go through the same wait again on Weds. I called, and Mary told me again they can't make it, and she offered me Thursday. This time I wized up. I passed, and I suggest you do too.

Requested an appointment and within a few hours I received a phone call and we scheduled the appointment. I then received three seprate confirmations they would be at my house on 2/8 between 10am and 1pm - Told their tech would call me 30min prior to their arrival - Received a call at 1:15pm apologizing for the delay and that they would be out as soon as possible, that was the last I heard from them - Really messed with my whole day - Never fun being blown off.

These guys were excellent! I own another property and will use them for that home, also. Reasonably priced, knowledgeable and efficient!

It went completely smoothly. The response to an immediate need was greatly appreciated.

They regroutrd chimney, inserted new liner & installed a new cap! Workers were polite and efficient! I would recommend.

Joseph and his partner saved our lives by clearing out all the debris from the crumbling chimney liner and installing a metal liner. They were prompt, thorough, and professional. We are so grateful!

company employee named pete stole and told us this and this was wrong and we paid for the service which was not done . The worker was swearing and did not care if he was late or not .Even searched the basement and asked those stero speakers can I have them I said why are u searching my basement you are here to put a liner in chimney. Someone could of gotten seriously gotten hurt 3 days later when chimney cap blew off and it took 2 weeks for them to send someone out.Once they came to put the cap on they did not have the appropriate tools so had to wait another week.When they finally came the worker said it was not seal in which we did not know so he sealed it down. What got us is when he said the attic part of chimney needs sealing which cost $1200.00 which he said he had to call the his boss to make sure of the price. They left holes in the roof where they nailed wood slats to climb up.when all said and done we found things wrong so we called the company and spoke to numerous people .We asked and asked for the name of the owner but never was given ,we called for days at end One called the woman said I am the owners wife she had a mousy voice and she refused over and over she also said I see there is a discrepancy in money I said said I have two separate bills here and Im sure your company only has one because the worker scamed us she hung up I still call but they wont answer my calls ,I am going to start a class action law suit on that company And Angies list needs to terminate them from her list.another thing because I don't pay for Angies list you are not able to verbally able to talk to anyone just email this is serious problem someone needs to stop them. I hope that company sees this I am not finished with them !!!!!

Charlie and Tommy were excellent! They arrived on time, drove from Monroe to Danbury and fixed the problem within an hour at an exceptionally reasonable price. We were originally told the whole pipe had to be replaced and couldnt believe that they were able to solve the problem by replacing a small piece of pipe! They were courteous, friendly, neat and had everything needed to do the job in their truck. My husband and I highly reccomend Shamrock. Thanks again for being so honest, Charlie and Tommy!

Despite scheduling a cleaning between 2-4pm the company tried to show up at 12:30p when we were not available. The cleaning was supposed to be for $75. They claimed that the chimney needed sealing and charged us $600. It was an outrageous scam and I will never use them again.

Please do not use this company. I'm on the National Do Not Call list, and they've called me repeatedly to sell their services. So finally I called them and spoke with the owner, who insisted that calling me was an honest mistake. But that's nonsense. The caller ID was bogus ("I'm sorry, that number is not in service at this time") which proves they know they're dishonest and trying to hide their identity from those who object to being called. Further, their web site is registered through a cloaking service to hide the name and address of the business owner.

I waited for an hour and a half, and they never showed. I called and left two voicemail messages, and I haven't heard back from them two days later.

i answered a cold call from this company for a $49.95 chimney sweep deal. I told them I have a pellet stove and they said it didn't matter. I set up an appointment in several weeks with a show time between 10am and 1pm. They called me at 1230 to say they couldn't make it because of truck problems. Stacy called me later in the week to set up another appointment. I reminded her that I have a pellet stove and she said it would still be $49.95. Set up the appointment for a Saturday between 10am and 1pm. Waited around all morning and didn't show. I called the office and left a message at 1230 wondering if anyone was going to show up. A technican called at 1:20 and said for him to show up it would cost $200.00 plus. So I spent two Saturdays waiting around for a around for a company that never showed. I them climed up on my roof and cleaned the chimney my self. A supervisor called later on a said that I should have never gotten that deal and offered to send me a coupon for the future. Make sure you get a quote before they show up. This seems to be the the type of company that gives you a low quote to get them to your house them costs you more.

Great. We didn't need it done so guys were honest enough to just tell us that and didn't charge us anything. They had a suggestion for a minor repair on the chimney and told us to call them when we are ready to get it done. Nice guys.
