they were a no show 4 Saturdays in a row. Chis lied to me and gave every excuse in the book why they couldn't show up. they are the worse company ever. tied me up 12hrs waiting for them, if chis is the owner he will have no business and very unprofessional. i can't believe i let them go so long. SCORE OF FF-

I’d give 0 starts if able.... Worst service I’ve ever had. Started off great. Explained to the lady what we have a fireplace insert, 2 flus, and we had just bought the house so we did not know what had been done prior. Had a groupon the lady told me not to buy and she would just honor it for $40. I set up an appointment for a Saturday with a noon to 3 window 2 weeks later) as I work Monday to Friday and I don’t get home until after 6pm. Saturday appointment comes. I get a call at 1 pm after I’ve been waiting for them to say oh sorry were caught up and can’t make it. They want to come Monday I explain I only have Saturdays. The guy then tells me that because I won’t work with him during the week it’s my fault if they come on Saturday and have to cancel because it’s their busiest day. I told him, that’s why I booked it weeks in advance. Never less, set up another appointment for the following Saturday with a 10-3 window. The following Saturday they show up. My husband meets them outside. As my husband starts to describe exactly what I did during the intake appointment the guy stops him oh no that’s not include it’s $150 for that. I explained no I told the lady on the phone alll of this. After 10 minutes of him arguing telling me how he knows so much more than I do and that it’s not included he finally called the office. Came back and said nope the office will call you. He then goes to get in his van I asked arnt you staying to see if your doing the work. He said nope I don’t have the right tools either way so you will have to set up another appointment as I was speaking he just drove away rudely. I get a call from the office. After being yelled at rudely told that I am a liar and I never said what I know I did. I told them I would place reviews and all of a sudden they try to be nice. Saying I’m only trying to work with you. By what calling me a liar? She then said she would see if she could do it for less and she would call me back after she spoke to the guy that came out. That was 5 days ago. No contact back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY typical bait and switch. Horrible customer service.

The installer dropped the old crown off of my roof and broke a gas line and didn't say anything to anyone. He put tape on it. This caused a major amountof gas to leak into the environment. It caused my hot water heater and furnace to go out because of lost pressure, I didn't know it happened and tried to relight my furnace and equipment. I got my hot water heater to work and I left, when I got back my house was so full of gas and the leak was so strong we had to leave the house for an hour. When I called to talk to the owners to let them know what happened I was treated like I was a bother and had a very unprofessional conversation trying to get a refund for our warranty because we don't want them back on our property. I would never let them on my property again nor would I recommend thier service

Didn’t show up for scheduled appointment when I called they apologized and said they would reschedule as first appointment of the day the following week. When day came 45 minutes after they were expected they called me from Jersey City (1 hour away) the excuse was the job they were on was delaying them that people would be without heat or hot water. It was 75 degrees and I don’t know what chimney sweeping has to do with hot water. They wanted to take 25 dollars off after wasting two days of my time and reschedule 3 days later. I declined and hired another outfit.

It went very well. It was all professionally done. Worker whom I dealt with always wore a mask and observed proper social distancing at all times which, as an elderly disabled woman with underlying health issues, I really appreciated. I would recommend and would have no problem about using them again. And communications was excellent as well. Oh and BTW .... no photos; can’t climb up there. 😁

Made appointment for them to come out two weeks in advance. waited all day on the day of the appointment only to be called and told they were running behind and had to reschedule for the next day. Next day came and went without anyone showing up so I called to find out what was going on and was told they were running behind and would have to reschedule for the following day. When they finally did show up I was given a verbal estimate of $5,700 which is over five times higher than any other estimate I received. I honestly believe the estimate was inflated because they had no desire to do the work.

This company was the first to call. I was hesitant because their home office was not in my area but they assured me they cover my state. The first visit had to be rescheduled due to time, and the second visit was almost out of the 3 hour window but they let me know they were running late. They were professional, did the job as requested, and cleaned up when done. I will call them in the future for any chimney needs. Good company, thank you Chris & helper!

they never showed up. called me that evening to reschedule. I refused. they were rude and verbally abusive. That was the end of them. I will not be bullied.

Very profesional excelent work. Relined my oil burner flue and added a cap. Replaced flue pipe on furnace too. Also did cement work on my brick chimeny and waterproofed the bricks, caulked sewer vent pipe.Took videos and pictures of all work before and after. Would recomend.

It went very good. It looks good. He was honest, nice and gave me a couple other quotes for other projects.

This was scheduled, then rescheduled 1 hr before the service was to begin, then on the rescheduled day, this service was rescheduled a second time with a slight reduction in price 1 hr before the schedule was to begin. On the 3rd rescheduling, the office called me 2 hours after the end of the service window to ask how the service went. I told them it did not get done, and I received no phone call to cancel. they checked qith the technician and I was told they would reschedule and reduce the price even more. I cancelled. 3 strikes and I consider you out. I am retired, but my time is valuable. I had to cancel appointments in order to be here for the service. I would never recommend this company for anything, undert any circumstances.

Terrible, & Unprofessional They literally stole $1,200 dollars for a Chimney Seal Job, I have contacted a lawyer and next will be the attorney general in N.J. if no resolution is met.

They cancelled twice, both times they called after the original time frame that they said they will arrive.

2 months ago they installed the cap. 3 days later, it fell. came back to fix it. after the storm, the cap fell off again. I called to have it installed. they are scheduled to come today at 11 am. no one came. called and Chris said that it is "COURTESY" that they are coming back to install? WHAT? No, it is their responsibility to do it right the first time. They got paid so there is not courtesy owed.

Jose was friendly and professional. He took a video of the places that needed to be repaired, and gave me the pricing. The price was reasonable. I am happy with them and recommend them for the future.

They came out for an estimate and when I looked them up on BBB they had an F. We decided to hold off another month on the liner to see what COVID would bring for kids school in the fall. We received a call from shamrock and they tried lowering the price and I told them we are still going to wait and Chris gave me an attitude about how it costs companies money to send people to give estimates. Not professional at all. Don’t know why they have a good review here when everywhere else on the internet they do not and I can see why.

Workers showed up and did the job quickly and cleanly. Did have some trouble with showing up in the window given but work was done well and would hire again.

Joseph was professional,knowledgeable, and sent a picture of each phase as it was completed.

Company had an appointment with a three hour window and was a no show. Telephone operator was rude. Do not recommend.

Professional and Friendly- It all went very well.

We had two separate chimney issues, and they caulked the first one to prevent water seepage. They put a new chimney cap on the other, but the dripping noise remains. They came back and said they might be able to fix it with another large expense, but wouldn’t guarantee that would fix it.
