 + -1 moreWe hired Arne on after we bought the restaurant and he was on board helping us to choose wisely when to repair and when to purchase new. There were many instances when things that were old blew apart and he made us a priority fix the problem. Not only with every day things, but during the flood of august 2011 he showed up with pumps as our basement was flooding and helped us stave off disaster, and in January when a cook left vents open overnight, he was there first thing to help us with frozen pipes in the kitchen. never complaining or making us feel like we were a burden. Like I wrote above, we are very grateful to him.
Description of Work: Pipe repair, water heater services, pump services, so much more. Arne and his son were so good to work with. We consider them honest, trustworthy and hardworking. We are grateful for their services.

Description of Work: I used Cota & Cota in Bellows Falls, VT. I was hing promlems with my Hot Air Furnace. It was not burning properly and gave off much smoke. They had a good reputation in the area according to people I had spoken to. The man came and after fussing with my furnace could not get it to operate properly. They never sent a bill. I reported on this a few years ago, but it never seems to have been reported??

 + -1 moreThey were very professional over the phone, but I did not use them. It was nothing about the company, it was just that I decided not to switch and stay with the company I had because it was very comparable. The price they quoted me was $329 a gallon. I would tell a friend or family member to go with them and I believe in supporting the local business, which they are. They are right here in town and they are comparable to the national rates.
Description of Work: I contacted Cota & Cota Heating Fuels on the 10th of December and they gave me an estimate for home heating oil prices.

 + -1 moreoverall i would hire them again if i were in the same old situation. already we have recommended them to several other people. great company!
Description of Work: these people removed a very old (original) furnace and replaced it with a modern efficient boiler. they came back several times to fine tune the system, release the trapped air and get it working at its top performance. each year they come in and service the oil burner and boiler before the heating season. before getting the new furnace we got estimates from 3 other local companies and we chose cota & cota because of price, service and professionalism. i highly recomemnd them
