Let It Rip Construction

I recognized this guy immediately- he calls himself "Steve Woods" now, real name is Steve Moore, scammer and building fraud in 2 states. His web site is: http://www.letitripconstruction.tk/ DO NOT USE THIS MAN!!

This started off from the begining like a movie from h***. This man I think is running around, saying he is a contractor and doesn't have tools, crew or anything to do the job. He gets 50% up front, cashes check and basically shows up on less than a part time basis. He has insurance for himself, but that is it. Does not have insurance for workers, that is why he doesn't have a crew, even asking him how many he has on his crew and he confirmed it to be 3. Job was to be done in 2 weeks weather permitting. Never even finished what he started before trying to start something else. Sloppy work, primer on screens, primer on new light fixtures, primer on tree and doesn't even want to clean up and asked me to clean his brush. Really. I told him this wasn't going to work out with him and told him he had 30 days from 15 July 2013 to return money which is more than fair. he said, it would take his 3-4 months to pay me back I will see him in court. I just want other people to know what they are getting into with this contractor. I have never seen a contractor who can not even lift an extension ladder without getting help from a man who doesn't even work for him. He looks good on paper, but definitely not what he appears to be. Oh, and he is on Angie's list and there wasn't anything negative at the time about him.
