About us

Mapple Creek Property Management LLC, is your one stop service provider for lawn care, spring and fall cleanup, snow removal, brush and tree removal, building repairs and remodeling, painting interior and exterior, and care taking of full time and seasonal homes. My rates are extremely competitive due to my low overhead. I have 15+ years experience in property management and many happy customers.

I met with Steve on April 15. I spent quite a bit of time with him going over all the jobs that needed to be done. He advised that he did handle all the jobs that I mentioned. At the end of our meeting, he advised that he would work up a quote and email it to me in a couple of days. On April 20 sent him an email advising that I had not received his quote and really needed to get moving on the projects. Today I received an email from him stating that he just won a bid on a big job and he will not be taking on any other work! Since when do handymen bid on jobs? General contractors do, but a handymen? I am extremely disappointed with Angie's List. I thought they screened the people they recommend. If I just wanted to call someone and hope for the best, I can do that on my own.

I’m sorry this customer was unhappy with my response time had I gotten the correct email she would have been notified the following day. I do all kinds of work and first come first served. I apologized to the customer.

Wow ... responded to request for quote and services, and, 6 hours later my lawn was being mowed. Contracting with them for the season. Excellent communication.

Steve did an excellent job! I’m extremely happy with his work. I had no idea how I wanted the custom doors for the crawl space to look until he gave me some ideas and once I decided on a certain style he delivered. Steve is very easy to work with and does wonderful work. I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: I needed a bunch of projects completed around my home that included installing some bedroom and bathroom doors, custom crawl space doors built and installed. I also needed a light fixture changed out and some exterior security cameras installed. This spring I needed some trees cut and brush cleared.
