Description of Work: Reclaimed brush covered ground, graded and seeded. Seed washed away and they refused to reseed or refund a portion of our money already paid.

+ -1 moreWe have used Pembroke's services several times before. It was a very collaborative effort with plenty of communication. Todd Pembroke was frequently on site checking on the work of his staff and doing some of it himself. The outcome is just what we wanted and beautiful.
Description of Work: Removal of old walls, steps and plantings including a tree. Replaced retaining wall and steps and replaced all plants. Did some additional landscaping on other areas of the yard.

+ -1 moretree delivered & planted. looked like 3 kid crew. they threw leftover dirt, roots, & rope over the bank next to my house like it was a dump area. I wished they had asked where that should go. Was not happy with professionalism.
