+ -1 moreCramer inspection was so responsive and helpful from my first call to long after the inspection. They provided advice along the way and even a list of contractors to help address the issues Hans found. They were professional, easy to work with, and patient as I asked a million questions during the home inspection. They provide a super fast turn around for the inspection report which counts for a lot in those short days to negotiate. They are experienced and efficient. I would hire them again in an instant.
Description of Work: We hired Cramer inspection to do a complete home, radon, and advanced water testing

+ -1 moreThe inspection went great and the write-up was excellent. Easy to follow with lots of pictures to explain issues. Hans let me 'tag along' and explained things as he inspected. That experience was very helpful to know what needed to be done and why.

As background I have been a licensed electrician and a plant engineering supervisor for over 30 years. He was very through and picked up on several things I missed even with my practiced eye.
