VERDON SEAMLESS GUTTERS

I felt he was extremely affordable. I had used him in the past for gutter work. I then saw that he was on Angie's List and it reminded me of using him before. He did a great job and affordable. I would definitely use him again. Highest marks across the board.

I'll start with the negative and move onto the positive. I have called them to resolve the issue and will be happy to update this review when they resolve the problem. But as it stands, the overall quality of the install is an F the way they left it. CON: They screwed through the metal roof and did NOT waterproof the screws in any way. I confirmed this by removing one of the screws holding the gutter bracket. This is a definite leak issue and completely unacceptable. But the fact that they put approx 20 holes in the roof without any kind of flashing means I highly recommend you do not use this company. When I asked the installer, he claimed that he used neoprene washers which clearly have NOT been installed. PRO: They showed up promptly as scheduled. They were friendly and professional. They did not leave a mess and otherwise delivered as promised. The price of the install was very competitive with other gutter installers.

Verdon came on Saturday to spec the job and provide a quote, then returned on Monday to do the work. All work was completed per the spec and at the price quoted.

He arrived promptly as he said he would, I had a previously scheduled appointment that I had to make. e assured me that he was all set and would leave te bill on my front door. I arrived home from my appointment. Work was done and you would never had known,except for the gutters being there, that any work had been done. Bill was left as he said.

These folks did the initial installation of our gutters 13 years ago. We called to have them make a few small repairs. Their service person returned our call to inquire about what was needed. I described a few small repairs needed, mentioned that I thought it would only take an hour or two. He said he was busy and would try and stop by in about a week to access the situation; if we didn't hear from him, call again (the sign of death from a contractor). After no contact for a few weeks, we attempted to contact Verdon again (twice), never got a callback. They may be more responsive to a new installation, but for a repair, forget-about-it.
