Not only did Jamei do a bad job at "repairing" our computer he totally suckered my husband and I into a scam, a part of me thinks he completely ruined my computer on purpose so we would buy a custom made computer from him. Maybe not, the computer was really old and did have some viruses on it. Anyway after I believe, 2 attempts of having Jamie "repair" my computer (the second seperate time of going to him it came back more damaged than it went in) my husband and I decided we would save and buy a Dell or HP or something. Jamie overheard us talking about this and showed us a really cool looking clear covered computer with a flat monitor. He told us he made them and told us his computers would last much longer than a Dell. They were much more expensive than what we were planning on buying but no worry! Jamie told us he would do payments. Since my family were dairy farmers and didn't have a whole lot of money, and since we could do payments we decided to get two, one for our family and one for my teenage sister so she could do her school work from home. The computers looked so cool with blue and purple lights inside of them, there were also cut out holes in the side (which would actually bring on the sudden demise of both machines). Not even a year after owning the computer(s), both of them started running very slowly, mind you we were using very good anti virus and anti spyware programs to keep unwanted pests from killing the computers. Both computers (in two seperate households) would shut pff for no reason and got very very hot even with the room(s) properlly ventilated. by the time they were a little over one year old both computers were completely dead, and this is the kicker the parts to repair them was between 400.00 and 600.00 dollars. We stopped making payments when they malfunctioned, and then moved and lost contact with transparent office center. We were so disatisfied with the owners ability to "repair" our computer in the first place that we brought the new computers to a close friend who is very skilled in working and fixing computers. He explained to us the reason that the computers were running so terribly and eventually "fried" up on us was because of the improper ventilation. All those little holes in the computer cover prevented the computer from ventilating the way it is supposed to which cause the machines to overheat and then die. If we paid for the new part to repair it, the machine would eventually overheat again, killing the new part. The best part is that they sued us, and we were unable to get to court so a motion was filed against us and their attorney keeps upping the amount we are supposed to pay them. We don't have any assetts and I am not forking any money over at my own free will. Their computers are bad and expensive!
