Top notch was did a professional, thorough job from start to finish. They take pride in their work!

I called to schedule appointment, they called before coming over saying they were running behind which I appreciated, they went up on the roof walked around checking for problems found some cracking on the roof patched up the cracks then left me estimates on how much It would cost to fix the problem. They were polite and professional.

Everyone was prompt, easy to work with. Had plenty of crew, fast, efficient and flexible when extra repairs were needed.

Dave and Ray arrived at the appointed time (a bit early, in fact), and got right to work. Both were pleasant, professional, efficient, and accommodating - they even did a few extra tasks not advertised as part of the tune-up deal for no extra charge, like applying a moss and algae inhibitor (which I provided) and cleaning off my gutter-toppers so they would drain into the gutters more efficiently. I feel reassured that my roof is now sound and ready to weather another year of Vermont weather.

I called, they arrived up the next morning. Pleasant, professional young men who listened to my concerns carefully. When I returned home ALL of the ice had been removed, a path shoveled to both doors, the furnace vent was cleared, and all of the ice from the roof was removed from the bulkhead. Thank-you, thank-you!

With all of the ice we have had this year, they did more sanding that plowing. When they were able to plow, they did a very thourgh cleaning of our driveway. They were patient while we removed our cars from the driveway so they could finish plowing.

They did a good job. It was a big job and they were here for several days. Well supervised by the owner. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves. No problems.

Did a great job on the color match of shingles. All of the crew were polite and friendly and the bid was a realistic price. They also cleaned up the work area very sell, i.e. no shingle bits or nails.

Simple repair of a few blown-off shingles. Arrived over the weekend as promised, workers were polite and knowledgeable, work done with no problems.

Excellent work. Despite the rain, the shingle replacement was completed in under 1 hr. for a very reasonable price. In addition, the shingles we needed were already stocked in their service vehicle.

Jason Abair is a current employee of Top Notch Roofing. Because I believe the quality of work, integrity and dependability of a company is only as good as it's employees, I thought it with worth mentioning Top Notch Roofing while sharing my horrendous experience with Jason Abair. It has been almost two years now since Jason Abair of Milton, VT resurfaced my standing seam metal roof with an eight year written guarantee. After only nearly a year, the paint, or sealant, began to chip, dissolve and peel away. At this time the roof looks like nothing was ever done to it and is now leaking. After calling Jason, he agreed to meet and take a look at the roof. After Showing up driving a Top Notch Roofing truck and seeing the roof he agreed that his work had not held up and he would "make it right"'. That was six months ago I called and left numerous messages, sent a certified letter and have not received a response. I am now in the process of taking him to small claims court to get my money back. He has not even replied to the courts summons. I would strongly suggest reconsidering having ANY work performed by Jason Abair. This continues to be an ongoing source of expense and anxiety as my roof continues to deteriorate.

They have have an excellent service. The price was good and the roof looks almost brand new.

Contractor provided a written quote within a week of my phone call. It was not the very cheapest but it was not far from the other quotes and I was impressed with their quote detail and quick response. I was put on the roofing list after providing a deposit. It took a few months but I was not in any rush as long as it was done before winter. They called me when they were a week away, showed up on the day they stated, and did a great job on both the deck and the roof. The contractor was very responsive to email questions.

They were incredibly responsive. They provided the call back after I inquired like in 24 hours. They had the most expensive quote but they also was going to get it done in the least amount of time.

Ironically I could have hired Topnotch in the beginning as they were one of the 3 quotes I gathered. I tried to save $1,300 by going with the original contractor who came to the job with 2 kids doing the work, not properly installing materials, swearing at each other all day, and flooding my property causing around $10,000 of damage with no insurance. Topnotch however came to the job with a crew of guys that knew what they were doing, were professional, worked HARD! and did a beautiful job. Dave squeezed me into his busy schedule and really bailed me out. Due to not fully knowing what was under the shingles the original roofer laid Dave said it has hard to put a number on the job but gave me a ball park price and I agreed to an hourly rate. Almost right off it was clear there would be much additional work and I was going to be over budget. In the end Dave was very reasonable with me, to the point I couldn't believe. There was a bit over $2,000 in extras I should have been charged for. I couldn't say enough good things about Topnotch. I will be hiring them again in the fall for some windows. I couldn't imagine a better construction crew to hire. Thank you so much guys!
