Description of Work: They evaluated the roof and gave me an estimate. It was high. It seems fair but having had a very bad experience with the last roofer I plan to gave a second opinion. They were very nice and took time to give me a detailed explanation of the problem.

Description of Work: I had Top Notch replace a metal roof over our porch. They came out, wrote an estimate, gave a time frame for the work, showed up when they said they would, did the work efficiently and well. Description of Work: TOP NOTCH ROOFING REPLACED THE ROOF OF OUR FIVE-UNIT CONDOMINIUM BUILDING. THEY STARTED THE WORK WITHIN THE SCHEDULED TIME-FRAME AND KEPT US INFORMED OF THEIR PROGRESS. THE JOB TOOK A FEW DAYS LONGER THAN THE WEEK THEY ESTIMATED BECAUSE OF HOT AND WET WEATHER CONDITIONS, BUT THAT WAS NOT A PROBLEM. THE CREW WAS FRIENDLY. THEY WERE RESPECTFUL OF CONDO OCCUPANTS AND CLEANED UP EVERY DAY. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND OWNED UP TO A BIT OF DAMAGE TO THE ALUMINUM TRIM DUE TO DIFFICULT-TO-REMOVE OLD ROOFING NAILS. OVERALL, WE WERE QUITE SATISFIED WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY FOR THEIR ROOFING WORK.

Just a word of advise is all I have to offer . Next time use a contractor to do the actual work. I realize your son was trying to save a buck doing it himself but a lot of things were done incorrectly

Description of Work: Replace a failing ridge vent on my roof & garage, as well as, any broken/missing ridge caps. |Dave Smith (owner) was very courteous, competitive with his quote, timely in his team's quality repair. He had 2 men (Ray & Dillon) work on Sunday to get the job completed. Both were very professional & hardworking. Overall, I was very pleased. |
