Very well. Mike was prompt, very friendly, professional and helpful!

Mike was really friendly and seemed to be fairly thorough, but since we have moved in to the house it had been non stop problems. Tons of plumbing and electrical issues were not caught during the inspection, including but not limited to a cracked and leaking main sewer line in the basement, and an exposed and deteriorating SE cable on the side of the house. These are costly repairs and the areas were in plain view, in my opinion this should have been spotted upon initial inspection. Very disappointing.

Michael is prompt and does one of the most thorough home inspections that I have ever seen. He has electrical experience which brings out a lot of issues that most other inspectors might miss. We received a full report via email soon after his review, along with printed documentation in a folder, that we received in the mail. Clear photos, comments and he even takes the model numbers or appliances, etc. in case there were any recalls. Doesn't get any better than that. We will definitely use Mike from now on for any home inspections.

Mike performed the most complete home inspection we've ever had done - can't think of a single detail left out: crawl spaces, attic, electrical, roof, garage, grading.... and provided a very detailed report that sounds like it covered every inch of the home. Communication was easy: took less than a week from initial call to completing inspection and receiving a full, easy to read report, pictures and all. Mike answered many questions on condition of the home and remediation of problems and sounded very knowledgeable. He was very personable and seemed genuinely interested in his craft.
