Bronson Johnson Seamless Gutters

Like so many others looking for a contractor, we looked at on-line reviews for a Gutter Installer. If you see only negative reviews and no positive ones across multiple review websites (Yelp, Angie's List, Google, etc).....well, for us, it meant to look elsewhere. But, if you find a contractor with many positive reviews and few or no negatives, and an over-all 4-5 star average rating, that IS the one to contact for an estimate. We had one other estimate that almost became a job, but, the contractor had so-so reviews and just to say, we ended up experiencing what other negative reviews had said about this installer and cancelled the job from that contractor. When the estimator for Bronson Johnson came and in only a few days after I made contact with them, he was knowledgable, detailed in the work to be done and said we'd see our job done within a week. The weather was terrible (rain, rain, rain, ...perfect gutter weather!), so it got delayed only a week, but, Bronson was in touch with us all the way to reschedule and he stayed in touch with us through a few rainy days where he was going to try to do the job and could not. The job only got delayed 3-4 days and the weather was to blame. So 5 stars here for how this contractor won't let you down by lacking good communication. He arrived with his assistant in the morning on what finally was a dry day and did a perfect job. There were no shortcuts, no surprises, just a perfect and solid installation. So as he was finishing up our job , my next-store neighbor came over to ask him for a quote. It was accepted and the next day, Bronson came back to do her house. She told me the same day that he had done her job that she was 100% delighted with his work. So two happy customers in adjacent houses. Happy ending. So please consider this review is for two different jobs. I can not say enough about how smoothly the estimate, communication and job process went. My wife and I just felt that we were in very good hands through the entire process. Great vibes all around. No tricks, no shortcuts, quality components, very good communication, tidy and neat work and not a trace of debris to suggest that they were ever here other then the great gutter installation they did and certainly it was clear to us, ...there's a lot of expertise here considering Bronson Johnson has installed Gutters for so many customers over the years. Please give this company a consideration for your Gutter job estimate. 5 stars all around from my wife and me and also, our neighbor!

Surprise charges at the end of the job.

Three phone calls. They visited once, two months later, no response. Started requesting service in June. Received a visit from technician in July. No show from there on. No reply to phone call in October. Can't recommend this "business".

Excellent. Gave me advice on alternatives and costs. Told me when he would be coming and came on time. Cleaned up afterwards very well.

Wish everyone was as good as Bronson Johnson! He was friendly and easy to work with, came out the same day we called and gave a quote for free, and then stuck to the quote. He was straightforward and honest. The guys showed up right on time the day we had scheduled and did a great job. The gutters and fascia look great and the gutters work amazingly well. For the first time since we moved in we did not have water in the basement after a rainstorm.

Started with a cleaning, but I knew I wanted leaf guards installed. Their guards looked good - more like a sheet of metal with holes in it instead of the kind that tries to divert leaves one way and water another, or fill the entire cavity with a porous mesh. Guards didn't fit on existing gutters, and I had heard this before from a different company so I didn't think they were just blowing smoke. Also, old gutters had visible spikes through entire gutter, not just screws attaching back to facia. Spikes make it hard to clean and maintain, and these new gutters were made of a heavier duty metal so I went ahead and replaced entire gutter - around 65 feet. He also advocated 'wrapping' which I believe is a metal face over the old facia. This may add protection to the house but I declined due to the extra cost and my perceived lack of need. Work took about an hour. They cleaned up their mess, and the bill was as originally quoted. They did throw in some extra stuff like replacing downspouts and removing old gutters for no charge. So far, very pleased. Haven't had any serious tests yet but I don't anticipate problems.

Very neat and accurate workmanship on fabricating and installing rain gutters. Cleaned up debris and scraps leaving me very satisfied with the total job. Very prompt in arriving per appointment on the phone.

His response, estimate and installation could not have been handled more professionally. I highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of service.

We are new to our area and have very little information about home improvement service companies. We relied completely on Angie's List to find a gutter installation company. Bronson Johnson, the owner, was responsive and informative. The product line he offers includes many colors and several gutter cover options. We discussed our scope of work and agreed on the best solution and a price. Subsequent installation by Bronson and Dave went very smoothly. We highly recommend Bronson Johnson to anyone in need of gutters.

I called a few times to receive an estimate. Not sure what went wrong but, after 3 tries I finally reached the business (return call from Luke). Luke was prompt and gave us an estimate the same day after inspecting the work site. We obtained estimates from two other companies and Bronson Johnson's estimate was the most competitive as well as their ability to schedule us in quickly, Luke and his workers had the job finished quickly - the quality of the work was and quot;Aand quot; and would highly recommend their work.

They did a great job, showed up when they said they would, completed the work in the specified time frame, were friendly and efficient, and then hauled all the debris away. Perfect.

Not well since the gutter was never installed, I would demand an estimate first by a certain date and get a commitment as to installation with some margin for bad weather.

Very well. Luke came and did the estimate and advised when they would be back to do the work. They arrived when they said they would, worked quickly and left no mess. Quality of work looks excellent.

Although it took a few attempts and a little telephone tag to reach them, Bronson Johnson quickly made time to come and take a look at my requirements. When he came, the owner was able to give me a written estimate on the spot. After we agreed to do business, the work crew arrived when they said they would, performed their services very professionally, and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. They also told me that if I have any problems at all with the installation, I should call immediately and they would come and fix the issue because they stand by their product and their professional reputation.

Quick response to my call, very professional service, excellent quality work. It was so refreshing to receive the same level of service for a small job from a company that does installations for large businesses. I had previously tried calling another company recommended by a contractor and never received a return call despite multiple messages. Bronson Johnson returned my call the same day and set up a time to provide an estimate. An added bonus: he gave me a lead to a furnace service that has been equally excellent.

Everything was great. The gutters were installed within a week of my first conversation with the owner. Great service.
