Backyard Property Maintenance

We were given an estimate for the necessary tasks and a time frame of 2-3 hours of labor. The individuals sent by the company arrived late on the day of and, after 3 hours, left having only completed less than 1/3 of the agreed upon items. We were then told that our job was not a "priority" but the supervisor would come back to complete the work. He arrived 5 days later, after I had done a significant portion of the remaining work myself, and left again before completing the work, stating he would be back later in the day to finish. The evening of the following day, we received an email that their equipment had "broken down" and asking if we would like to wait again for the work to be complete. No thank you. We were then sent an invoice for the entirety of the initial estimate despite only half of the agreed upon work being done. This is not a professional operation and I could not in good conscience recommend them to anyone.
