Great Job! Especially in keeping our property clean. Every day they cleaned up all around the house and left no trace.

First of all, David noticed that our roof needed replacement before we did, and simply left his business card outside our house. I picked it up, gave him a call, and he told us the roof looked like it was ready for replacement, and whenever we were ready to consider our options, to give him a call. The next summer, I called David to provide an estimate. He came out to the house on a Saturday morning at the agreed upon time, and walked me through ALL the details and considerations regarding a new roof. It was clear from our first meeting that David knew his trade very well and was dedicated to providing high quality service and products to ensure a lasting roof solution. After providing me with his estimate David even pulled out his ladder and some new shingles and patched a 3? x 3? area of the upper roof where we had lost some shingles. No charge. A year later, I obtained updated quotes from several roofers, included AATek. Their pricing was on the upper end of the competitive range, but the value David offer was un-rivaled. Quality products, professionally installed, complete with a Lifetime Warranty on the shingles AND the labor. He knew all the shortcuts other roofers might take and shared his insights about the benefits and trade-offs I should consider in making my final decision. Without a second thought I called David back and signed the contract with AATek. I told David I had some flexibility in my schedule, so we set a tentative date for the project and he committed to confirm the schedule as time got closer. David called me as promised near the notional start date to communicate that he?d like to push the start out by a week so he could service another customer with a more pressing schedule need. Worked for me and worked for him, and I appreciated his timely and open communication. During the project, David and his team did everything they said they would. They worked hard, updated us as on the project as needed, and cleaned up the job site every day. They ran into a few little issues, but took care of them at no extra charge. Our new roof is even better than I?d anticipated, and the aluminum wrapping on our wood fascia boards will save me from paint and ladders for a long, long time. I?d highly recommend David and the AATek for anyone in need of a roofer. I was very impressed with Dave and his company during his initial consultation. He took the time to explain the materials he uses as well as a detailed description of how he performs the install. We set an estimated date for the install and it worked out great as I was out of town at the time. Normally I would be concerned about not being present during construction but you could tell Dave took a lot of pride in his work from the time when I first met him. When I returned home the roof looked amazing, what a difference. They took the time to really clean up after themselves as well. My property was left in better condition by Dave and his crew than I had left it for them. This is a company that you can trust. They use top quality materials and install them the right way. If you are thinking of using anyone else call Dave first for an estimate. He will go over stuff you likely didn't think of and you will be left wondering why the other contractors did not go over it.

Dave was great. He was unfortunately booked just over a month and wasn't going to bump other customers in line which I respected. My roof situation was an emergency and I happened to luck out with a different contractor that was able to get to it right away. I certainly would have hired Dave in a minute otherwise. He has a good reputation in town and his estimate was right on. Thanks Dave and I'm sure I'll need you in the future.

Dave was great...very quick and efficient. Our roof consisted of plywood and some shingles that were nailed down and others that were just loose. We had water coming into the house in a few locations. Dave was recommended by our home inspector. He spent a couple hours with me on the roof during the estimate showing what was wrong and what he'd do to correct it. He explained everything showing the products he uses, even getting out his hammer and nails securing down loose shingles during the estimate. He had the whole project completed in just a few days, working long days just to get it done. Fortunately, it was good to see what it would look like beforehand because he's done quite a lot of houses in our neighborhood and another one not too far from us. The cost is a bit more than some other roofers in the area, but you will get a quality job and a roof is something that's worth a few extra bucks to make sure it's done right!
