John did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. The estimate he gave was accurate to the final cost of the job, and he completed the job in the amount of time he estimated. He was communicative in the lead up to the job and promptly addressed any concerns. He kept a clean worksite and did a very neat job painting. He was also very helpful in pointing out a few areas for me to keep an eye on in the future for possible repairs. All, said, I had a great experience hiring John.

He answered promptly, made time for our small project and finished quickly. And he and his helper were very pleasant

John's estimate was reasonable and clear. He completed the work within the time frame he gave us. He and Ethan did a great job staining our house and painting the trim. They were efficient and detail oriented. I was worried that our front garden would get trampled, but they protected it with tarps and were careful not to step on plants. I will be hiring John for future projects.

I interviewed and got estimates from approximately 15 contractors when we needed help with a basement renovation that involved everything from demolition, haul-away, framing, and drywall. John was above and beyond the best person who reviewed the job and while we initially hired him for the demolition we've stuck with him for every aspect of the basement renovation because he and his apprentice are spectacular. They're straight forward, reliable, flexible, efficient, communicative, and meticulous with the quality and cleanliness of the work. We'll hire John over and over again for all our renovation needs!

John was very respectful of our property and always cleaned up at the end of each day. He was very open to changes as the project went long. He just adjusted to the request and simply made it happen. I have already discussed future projects with John and he will be back as time allows.

John painted the exterior of our home along with some small carpentry work. He was extremely easy to communicate with, schedule, and did high quality work. Everything was great and done timely. I would highly recommend John for any job, big or small.

John is incredible. After weeks of getting estimates from general contractors and carpenters, John was the easiest to work with as he was straight-forward and scheduled the work within days and got it done with incredible efficiency; moreover, the quality was top notch and he went above and beyond in his demolition work to prep our basement for an interior drain system. John demo'd old drywall, removed old insulation, and meticulously dismantled the wall framing such that it can be easily reinstated after our drain system is installed. I feel lucky to have found John and look forward to working with him for much of our carpentry needs into the future!

John's estimate was neither the highest nor the lowest, but the most complete. He and his team completed repainting almost all the interior of our 3200 sqft home on time and budget and did a very good job. We are planning to use John on another job in the near future.

He discussed his plans for the new stairs and rails with us daily. Always took care to keep the area picked up before he left for the day. He is looking into some window options to replace a picture window.

Will hire him again as needed for other work.
