Description of Work: Replaced lock on the front door. Seemed honest. Didn't try selling me services |I didn't need. Was willing to offer advice about certain situations. Good at |communicating with arrival time. No complaints.

+ -1 moreDennis is an extremely pleasant person, full of local information, and completed the task in a timely manner, however the quality of the double-sided deadbolts he had available was poor. The interior metal is soft and one of them bent internally almost immediately. The locks will probably perform as well as any others in terms of security, but their life expectancy is another matter. I would use Dennis again if he could obtain a better quality product such as a Baldwin lock. Whatever he uses is not appropriate for the task.
Description of Work: Dennis installed three new double-sided deadbolt locks and rekeyed four doorknob locks.
