It was a Sunday Morning and I got a call from the father of one of my Tenants. He said that the sewer line was plugged and the basement smelled awful. I called John and he was on site within 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and garnered the resources to go right at it. He brought in another company to try to clear the drains to discover that the sewer line had come apart from the deep frost. He had an excavator there the next morning and had things working by noon. The frost was 4 feet deep. Later in the week we discovered that the problem was worse than he had thought. He had done the minimum he thought we could do before spring. When we saw the problem was worse than we thought, he was on it and had the problem fixed that day.
