Arrived promptly after I scheduled an estimate and within 24 hours I had quotes for two options to replace. Install went exactly as quoted. On the day of the install they arrived on time and after evaluating additional parts needed, they replaced the water heater as quoted. They were tidy, efficient, and informative during the install. No surprises. Everything works and I have had no problems.

Description of Work: They fixed a pipe leak to find out they didn't reseal it.it leaked through repaired wall board and had to do job all over again. They carelessly left cap off . Also had another situation where they did a job but didn't finish and denied they didn't finish and billed me and never came back.had to hire someone else to finish a job I already paid for.lastly I have had them service my furnace yearly and naively paid them $350 for years then to find out the oil company services the furnace too and got their bill... $85!! Same job! Paquette is dishonest and don't stand behind their work. Never would recommend them again after these numerous bad experiences in the past cew years. use someone else.

Excellent installation, clean, no "Ooops" or mistakes, neat and to the point.Nick gave me a mini-lesson on the operation of the unit and took all the time I needed to understand its operation and maintenance. Great Job!
Description of Work: I had a leaking pipe (cracked) and Nicks team came and fixed everything better than it was. They also installed a Mitsubishi Split Heat pump in October. they arrived on time, did the install and were out of there without a trace they had been there (except for the install. Very professional, courteous, and prompt.

 + -1 moreI contacted Paquette Plumbing to have them install the drain pipe on my bathroom sink after the previous plumber failed to complete the job. They were very professional and actually showed up for the install 10 minutes early! I've NEVER had a plumber show up early! The whole job only took about 30 minutes and I swear my bathroom looked cleaner after they left than before! Excellent work and I will definitely be calling them for any future work that I need done.

 + -1 moreI have a really weird tub and shower that has the spout built into it. One of the handles broke off in my hand one morning and water started spraying from where the handle used to be. Thank god the realtor had shown me where the water shut-off was before I flooded my whole bathroom! My dad has used these guys in the past so I called them up to see if they could help me out. They got here super quick and after a quick assessment of the situation, they were off to get the parts. They were back within a half hour with everything they needed and the actual job only took about 15 minutes. They even helped me clean up the water mess! Overall, these guys rock!

 + 0 moreThe work performed was satisfactory. They had to return a few times to fix things that were done wrong. Tey always came to fix mistakes quickly and nicely. But do to horrible professionalism I hav to say, there are many just as good plumbers out there that don't condone that kind of disgusting behavior from they're employees
Description of Work: Hard time getting into much detail. Ill just say it. Never had a problem with they're work. But I had been friends w the owner and some employees for about fifteen years. Well our home was hacked together plumbing and electric wise when I had convinced my fiance to switch plumbers. Naturally I opted for paquette plumbing due to they're work and friendship. During the work they performed, I was at my day job from 7am to 530. I obviously was lied to by both parties and can't specify how, but there was a relationship formed between the worker and my fi. ance. I don't need to get into whatever became of myself after this ordeal, but it was very unpleasant. Needless to say they are now seeing eachother and I got thrown from my home. When I contacted the owner about my issue, he couldn't of cared less. Wasn't gonna even repramand him until I started writing bad reviews on the company. But there was no consi.quence to b given so I decided to decline thedeal
