Description of Work: I was disappointed that unlicensed workers were sent here to do work that was unfamiliar to them. There were many problems and "do overs". The answers to my concerns were that it was a "cash course". I didn't think it should be my cash we were experimenting with! If they had told me they didn't know anything about this kind of project, I would not have used them. Unless you are sure your project is within their scope of expertise I would move on. They are very willing to try something. But it is expensive and frustrating, unfortunately in my case the set up they concocted does not work as it should.

Description of Work: Installed a new high efficient wood pellet boiler central heating system. It went smoothly. Saving so much money on heating fuel costs over my old oil system.

Description of Work: The piolet light on my hot water heater was out and would not relight. Wayne came out on a weekend to replace the coupling.

Description of Work: I called them for maintenance on our furnace and they did a great job. Me being a first time homeowner they explained to me where, why and showed me what was being done. As well as explained the best way for me to complete my future projects I have lined up for insulating and installing radiant floors. Awesome work by them which they came well recommended.

Description of Work: New propane heating system in very old historic condo. Not an easy project

Description of Work: Rick and his crew were great. They installed additional baseboard heaters on a new zone im my house. They encountered some problems and ended up there late. got it all done. all good so far.

Description of Work: This family run business has been terrifically helpful to us for the past two years. They are honest and hard-working and very reasonable. When faced with a challenge they do not quit AND do not charge for extra time trying to get it right! We have used them in two homes for heating (they are trained Buderus techs), some complicated plumbing, and many minor jobs. Only once were they stumped and we decided to go a different way, that is the next project.

Description of Work: I had my 25+ year old oil boiler moved and cleaned, the boiler motor rebuilt, my chimney cleaned out, some heating re-piping done, valves replaced, a new mixing valve on my hot water tank, new high output baseboard heaters in four bedrooms and an energy manager installed on the boiler.
