+ -1 moreJohn was the best find so far this project! We meet him while he was cleaning about the house we were about to close on and when he said he did excavating and could take down the barn, we hired him. We couldn't have made a better hire! John did so much more work for us and did it well that it felt bad paying him the amount we had agreed on. His comment, I'm sorry I thought I could come in under budget but I did need to be up there the whole 2 days! John had great ideas about how to work with the mess we had up there and was more then helpful, twice leaving his big dump truck up at the property for hours so we could load it with wood we were planning on using on another project that we had salvaged from the barn, then drove it and dumped it on our other property, he never charged us for that. I have already hired him for another job.
Description of Work: We had a barn that needed to be taken down/crushed, a new retaining wall built with the granite blocks from the barn, large amount of trees cut to the size for the lumber yard and taken there. Driveway widened and smooth.
