+ -1 moreThey were amazingSeptic alarm sounded about 3:30 PM Friday. I phoned and they were here about 4:15, and pumped the rank, removed the defective pump, finished before 5PM to avoid charging overtime. Ordered the new pump on Monday AM, and installed it on Wendsday afternoon. It all went well.

Description of Work: Came to clean out tank. When they needed to dig deeply then said the office would call to set up a new date for service. No one ever followed up.
