+ -1 moreSalesman, Paul was patient with all of my technical and efficiency questions. Mike came by before to check out the panel and meter to make sure everything was up to snuff. The installers were careful and neat and did a thorough job. We are very happy.
Description of Work: they installed two Mitsubishi cold weather heat pumps.

Description of Work: They came to give an estimate to install a generator. The owner spent about an hour looking things over and told me he would contact me, but never did. Nice enough people, but not following up (even if you are unable to do the job) is not how I expect to be treated.

Description of Work: Installed Mitsubishi Mr. Slim air conditioning unit (MSZ-GE15NA) in home office and replaced an old, badly rusted and water damaged breaker panel in basement. Work was completed on schedule in one day at the contract price. Technicians were pleasant, helpful and professional. Pre-installation coordination was efficiently handled. Clean up was thorough. The in-room unit and the outdoor heat exchanger are attractive and run very quietly. We are completely happy with the unit with one exception, that being the fact that the beep from the unit's remote control spooks our dog, apparently because it operates at or near the frequency of the warning signal provided by the in-ground "hidden fence" that surrounds our property. Not a big problem, as the remote does not get much use and we try to remember to keep the dog out of the room when it is used. We highly recommend Dee's Electrical.
