Description of Work: This is the 3rd report I have made on Cota & Cota. I used the Branch in Bellows Falls, VT about 26 years ago. It was their main branch at that time. Suffice is to say that I called them for service as I was informed by neighbors that they were the best in the area to fix my oil burner. Two men came and fussed for over an hour and were unable to adjust it properly. They left and I never heard for them again or got a bill.

 + -1 moreIt was just a waste of time as the man did nothing but fuss with the furnace.
Description of Work: I used the main office in Bellows Falls, VT. My oil furnace was not working properly and I was not familiar with that type of oil/wood burning furnace in my recently purchased house. This company was spoken of as very experienced(and expensive as a result). I called them and a serviceman came and looked at the furnace. After about an hour I was told that he didn't know what to do with it, and left. I was never billed for this.
