Description of Work: NEVER use this cheating plumber! All we needed was the toilet line 'snaked'. I would do it myself but did not have the equipment and wanted to make sure it was done right. Mr. Andrito did call early in the AMA to respond, showed up at 3:15 in the afternoon with a helper. They couldn't locate the 'clean-out' pipe so they said they would remove the toilet..OK, then he said the tank was far away and maybe their snake wasn't long enough. They began, I went upstairs. 3/4 hour later I went down (it shouldn't take THAT long..) he had the toilet on the floor, showed me the materials that had blocked the pipe, and was going to just put the bowl back. 10 minutes later, I went back to see, and the toilet bowl (an AM Standard, high, elongated toilet) was on the floor broken!.. It was obvious they tightened the bolt too much because it was broken off right at the bolt. He said "I guess you need a new toilet, IT BROKE. He said it would be about another $200. for a new toilet.. I asked, what was the cost so far, he said $350 DOLLARS. WHAT, for 1 1/2 hrs and a broken toilet! He said GET THIS " I didn't have a long enough snake so I had to drive to Paramus for another.. I don't keep everything in my truck. HE WANTED ME TO PAY HIM TO GO GET A TOOL HE DIDN'T HAVE..AT MY COST..AND PAY FOR THE TOILET HE BROKE. $350...he then agreed to replace the toilet..he replaced it wit the CHEAPEST low round toilet.. IT JUST KEPT GETTING WORSE.. his attitude was awful and he smiled as he cheated us. I called other plumbers after to seek advice.. ALL said this guy was crazy and it should have cost no more that $75-100 to snake a toilet!! DON'T CALL THIS CROOK
