The removal went very well. The window was preserved well and there was no damage. The opening in the siding needed to be enlarged in order to accommodate the nailing flange. Kevin's cuts were accurate and straight, and due to skillful use of a shop-vac during the cutting, there was hardly any dust. Kevin was careful to install the new window straight and plumb. It looks great and works smoothly. Overall, the job went faster than I expected, but the process never felt rushed. Kevin always thinks through the process before starting on a job rather than rushing in. Unlike with other contractors, I haven't had to fix mistakes after he leaves. He's quiet, polite, and tidy. I recommend him to anyone. This is the third time I've used Kevin. I will definitely use him for other jobs in the future.

He was very careful. Some branches were close to power lines, and he made sure there was no damage. He dropped the tree exactly where he wanted it to go, cut it up, and cleaned up thoroughly. This was my second time using Kevin and I will use him again.

Work on mechanical (chain) up/down control was fine for a day or two, but now needs tightening. Also, after replacing rubberizred gasket at bottom of door, he cut away part of it at the side of the door, leaving a gap for water/varmints to enter. Nice guy, but not too smart IMO.

Perfectly... better than expected with the missing parts problem easily solved. I will most definitely use Kevin's skills in the future.

Kevin came to my rescue with only two days' notice after another contractor had "double booked me." He showed up on time, worked quickly but carefully, and didn't overcharge. It was my first time using Kevin, but I will certainly use him again.

He was here to fix the roof and I asked him if he installed commodes and he said he did and in about an hour or less it was in and works perfectly.

I use Kevin all the time. He is professional, quick and considerate. He is reliable, well-priced and very honest. He is a wonderful person to work with and does a great job.

I never received a call back regarding my request for service.

Kevin was very responsive and completed all work very satisfactorily. He was very pleasant to work with and was extremely reasonably priced. He understood that in this situation we just wanted good and necessary, but not overblown, repairs. When estimating the job, I was pleased at the kind of things he volunteered...(e.g., wanting to route a downspout away from a dip in the driveway which would have backed up water into a cellar window well -- something another builder overlooked, but concerned me.)
