+ 0 moreI literally asked him on my way out of town if he would oversee my property and he said yes and at a great price. He performed services promptly and professionally. His services were the only thing I didn't have to worry about during a difficult property sale. His service charges were more than fair. He purchased hardware at good prices and his labor was low while his skill high. This guy is the best! He exemplifies the best in Vermont and people who do the rights thing because it's the right thing to do.
Description of Work: Eric Boozan oversaw my house and property while the house was on the market and I was living out of state. I got a job and had 1 month to move. Eric offered to take dump truck loads of trash to the transfer station for me for just the cost of gas. He installed a window and repaired the water line and gasket on my refrigerator. The part was hard to find but he figured it out, ordered and installed. He even prepared for septic pumping for digging before the septic people came which save me lots of money. He also researched the best prices for the septic service. Eric has experience selling and buying properties in VT and was able to provide sound advice as I went thru the process. Before I knew I was moving I had consulted him on landscaping as well as siding for my house. He gave professional advice and great alternatives I could afford.

+ -1 moreI am personally in charge of taking care of the church grounds, so I am in cha He does all of our snow removal there and he is extremely good. A few weeks back we had a snowstorm and he was there 10 minutes after I called him to plow for us. That made me very happy because I am responsible for getting this taken care of. He is always there when we need him.
Description of Work: He handles some of our landscaping and all of our snow removal at my church. This last time he came out was for snow removal.
