+ -1 moreThe grid-tied pv installation went really well. Independent Power (IP) helped me with acquiring my Certificate of Public Good (CPG) from the Vermont Public Service Board. Once I received the CPG, IP scheduled my job. The installation of the two 12 panel arrays, the excavation for the lines, the installation of the inverter apparatus, and the connection to the utility power grid all went smoothly. The IP team that worked on my system were extremely knowledgeable about pv technology and kept me posted throughout the job. When the day came to activate the system, there were no problems at all. That was what I expected from a team of well qualified professionals, and that's why I chose IP to be my contractor.
Description of Work: Independent Power installed a 4.56 kw array on two top of the pole racks and connected the pv system to the electric grid of the local utility company.
