Met with contractor, who emphasized communication. Received quote, had a time frame set for contractor to begin project, almost two months ago. Contractor kept pushing date off. Sent an email approximately 11/3/14 asking for a time when he would begin project, stated he would stop by that weekend, never showed. Left a message a week ago, contractor has not returned call. I would not recommend this contractor due to his unresponsiveness, lack of professionalism and total lack of respect. Overall we are finding contractors unprofessional and unresponsive. *** Update *** Made several attempts via phone calls and emails requesting contractor return blueprints for project. Contractor has not returned blueprints.
