+ -1 moreWe communicated with Mr. Goetz soon after the two cords were delivered by two young men working for him. He agreed, after inspecting the delivery, that less than two cords were in fact delivered. He promised that as soon as he was able to cut the remainder he would deliver it. A couple weeks later we contacted him just to check on when we might expect the remainder. He said it would take another week or two. After that time passed, we called again, then emailed him, and then called even one more time -- he failed to respond to any of these inquires. We are beginning to doubt that he plans to complete the transaction and bring us the wood he owes us (or, alternatively, return $350 of the $700 we paid him).
Description of Work: We purchased 4 cords of wood, but received less than 2 cords. Although the remainder was promised, it has never been delivered, and Mr. Goetz is no longer responding to our communications. In short, we paid $700 for 4 cords ($175 per cord), but only received less than half of what we are owed.
