I ended up not needing any work done. The existing wiring was given the thumbs up and I didn't have a neutral wire for the fan timer I wanted. However, the guys from M.J Electric were very professional and explained the situation clearly. I would use them again.

The electrician came with his apprentice; together they did a great job. I had an extra request to correct a problem with a fluorescent light and he went out of his way to get a new ballast and install it. I would recommend him very highly.
