Several of my neighbors have used him and I have recommended him too. He took down a wall and redesigned the kitchen and gave us advice. He came with all the blue prints and we approved them. We then hired an actual contractor to do the demolitions and do the kitchen. Nelson supervised them. We also ordered the cabinets through him. We picked up the cabinets from him and he referred us to a stone works for granite. We did not have to pay anything until everything was selected. He has good expertise and he was helpful in his design. He really knows his work and we enjoyed working with him. He was not pushy. I did not feel any pressure. He is expensive because he sells good works. I could have purchased cheaper cabinets.

They provide good service. They are polite and accommodating.

Nelson is a particularly good vendor. He'd been recommended to me by a Hanover, NH builder. "Things always get where they need to be on time, when you're working with Nelson." My experience was just the same. My cabinetry got there right on time, and he made the process easy. One glass panel in one upper cabinet was broken on arrival. He ordered a replacement the same day. (5 years ago I bought another Brookhaven kitchen from a different vendor in a different state, and I found Brookhaven to be just as responsive to problems.) And the man knows his appliances. He doesn't sell appliances, but he's very familiar with them. It was terrific to hear an unbiased view of which appliances made clients happy. He's been working on kitchens for-- I think he said 30 years. His design work is free, as long as you buy your cabinets from him. He will come to your site to measure, and you get good drawings in order to see how it will all look when it's finished. I find the price point to be quite competitive. For 12k, I purchased a rather large kitchen with an island, and then for 4k more a lot of bath cabinetry for a master bath. (Countertops are not included-- these prices are for cabinetry only.) My design included a lot of extras-- lazy susan, many pull-outs, drawer dividers, pull out garbage (and hamper in the bath). Etc. etc. Thank you, Nelson!
