I used Brocks’s to install a 4-head 36,000BTU heat pump system and a new high-efficiency boiler for back up heat and hot water. I got estimates and Brocks was our best quote. The installs went smoothly and the projects both work as they should. A great experience overall.

The worst I have ever been treated by a business. I will never use them again and hope no one else goes through the misery I did. Here is my story: After many calls, I finally had Brock’s come out because I had no hot water or heat (they had cleaned my system 2000 before), I was told I needed a taco part and tech took it to find the best price for me (Great right?). After a month, I get a bill for $110, but no part. After a week of calling & emailing I finally receive a reply that the charge was for diagnostic; not the part. Took another month of me constantly calling/emailing to get them to order the part. When the expected delivery date of the part came, I started calling/emailing again to check status. I was informed I could take my business elsewhere. Three months of waiting, being ignored, and no heat/hot water they just left me with no heat/hot water in 8 inches of snow in November before Thanksgiving. After 3.5 months I finally had the part they took left on my front door step.

The quality of the work was top notch. Fast, reliable and clean. I will be using this company to complete the plumbing for the second part of my renovation and I would highly recommend them to you.
