 + -1 moreThe locker room was a little off, the drain in my shower was plugged, and two of the hair dryers of 4 were not working. They had an advertisment for gift certificates Mothers Day Special for masages, but, was advised at the desk I couldn't purchase one for my friend to use that day, even though the special was for the whole weekend. The advertisement should have a disclamer that says you have to purchase a Gift Certificate then go home and come back that day to use it.
Description of Work: Spa service provided was very professional, met expectations, job well done. definately will go back.

 + -1 moreMy wife and I had a romantic weekend to celebrate a birthday. The people were great and willing to go the extra mile. In fact they allowed us to have lunch brought into one of the waiting areas so we could eat by the fireplace comfortably. It was not cheap, but it was on par with many of the other spas we have visited.We combined a spa visit with a stay at the attached hotel and dinner at the pub.
Description of Work: My wife had a facial treatment and a pedicure. I had a skin treatment and pedicure.

 + 0 moreHorrible. Don't go to this spa. They will treat you horribly and charge you obscene amounts for services.
Description of Work: My experience was terrible at this spa. I recommend that no one use this place for a massage. I received a gift card for a massage at this spa and I scheduled an appointment for it. I looked at the prices on the website and found out I would have to pay approximately $40 for an 80 min massage with the gift card taking off $50 so it was originally $90. I fell very ill the day of the massage and called to cancel. They told me they usually ask people to cancel 24 hours in advance, which they did not tell me nor did it say this on their website. So I assumed I would only have to pay a late cancellation fee of like $20 or $40? Nope they ask that I pay the full amount of the massage with the gift card. I thought ok about $40. So I went to the spa to pay for it and they gave me a completely different price than what was listed on their website. When I got to the spa they asked me for $122.00! I asked if that was with the gift card and the woman said yes, it is with 75% gratuity! I looked all over their website and brochure and it says this no where that there is 75% gratuity tacked on to the original price of the massage. I was shocked and very upset. I complained about it and they said it is how all spas run. I have been to other spa and have never had that problem.
