Left a slow leak under my kitchen sink. Came back 3 times and still didn't fix it. Shortly before Christmas 2023, Kevin said "I'll come myself, tomorrow at 10 a.m." Never heard back from him again. There is a puddle under my kitchen sink. Incompetent and unprofessional.

Highly professional in everything they did. The McGovern brothers plus all members of the trades made installing our new furnace, air conditioning and hot water heater seem like a walk in the park. Always efficient and courteous.

With the first project of removing the old supply lines, there were leaks created but they fixed them the next day. Hopefully I didn't have to pay for the issues the staff created but not positive. the work for the water heater and washer were fine and timely. The biggest issue we had was with very misleading pricing on the hybrid water heater. In our area, Efficiency Vermont provides a $500 rebate on the water heater. Kevin provided a bid without this $500 rebate saying that it would be mailed to us. Even our invoice of $2900 has a statement that the rebate would be mailed directly to us. When it didn't arrive within 2 months, I contacted he back. he showed that HE received the rebate directly from the supplier and then showed me a breakdown of his costs (never provided with his estimate). This felt really unethical to us. We were expecting $2900 MINUS $500 rebate. His bid of 10 man hours to install an electric water heater was pretty excessive to me. He basically thought that him providing his labor and materials cost would make me "understand" his mistake in the invoice to us. It does not. I would not hire again and would urge others to rethink as well.

No one ever called us back! Maybe our job was too small for them to consider but if they have an answering machine, a human should return the call - even to say they are too busy to get to your job.

Kevin was on time, courteous, helpful with detailed explanations, and attentive to budget--saving me a lot over what I could have paid. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

May just be a communication issue but never heard from them. I sent follow up email with my email address but no reply. I like what you are doing with these local contractor deals so keep it up. Just need to work out the communication piece so it flows a little better. Charlie

. This was not a simple task, the granite counter top and deep basin leaves little space to tighten the loose nut. Did the reasearch on the internet, and many other people were having the same issue. That is why I purchased a second nut to lessen chance of this happening again.

I called Kevin looking for a plumber to do some work quickly in order to keep my remodeling efforts on track. He showed up with everything needed based on my our first phone call. The original work done in our laundry was done by a previous homeowner, and while it was functional, it wasn't anywhere near standard or local code. Kevin fixed all of it and did it quickly. Everything turned out great.

He is fantastic! He was great and I would highly recommend him.

First, he brought the wrong faucet and had to get another, which he promptly did in 45 min. Then he successfully installed it. Bill not received yrt.
