 + -1 moreThe folks at Jay Mechanical were amazing! We got our quote quickly and within 3 days they were at the house installing our new hot water tank. The technicians were courteous and very considerate - even putting down drop cloths so no dirt would be on the floors. Their pricing was very fair and competitive as well. Not one single complaint. Would highly recommend their services! Well done!
Description of Work: Our old hot water tank needed to be replaced. They installed the new one and disposed of the old one.

 + -1 moreThey were able to get someone here in a couple of days, which was OK since it was not an emergency situation. The repair required removing the toilet tank and replacing corroded bolts and gaskets. Everything went fine.

Description of Work: Installed an energy-efficient heat pump water heater, removed the old system and repaired some pipes that were leaking. |We can highly recommend Jay Mechanical, both Jason and crew, because they are very responsive and were there when we needed them. That would have been enough to recommend them but as it turned out; they worked very efficiently and got the job done in a very timely manner. Plus, the quality of their word was outstanding, they were very neat and the areas they worked in look so much better than before: (how do you describe nice-looking plumbing?) very tidy, very professional. |Jay Mechanical was recommended to us by a couple of sources. Another plumber we called was out of state and highly recommended we call Jason. I think that says a lot too. |They explained what they were going to do and why they were going to do it ahead of time, offered options and told us which would be our best choice and why, and made sure that we understood the system before they left. When they were done they seemed to be more like friends in that they really cared about making sure that things went well with their work. We were so pleased with them that we insisted our daughter and her husband call them when they had a plumbing issue and they were very pleased as well. |We would not hesitate to call them in the future for any plumbing or heating issue. |

Most importantly fixed the problem! Great to see quality work and customer service from a trade company. Absolutely will be using him and Jay Mechanical for all Plumbing HVAC needs in the future.  + -1 moreHad to replace the disposal in my kitchen. Was recommended by a friend. The owner showed up with a helper and assessed the situation and gave me a fair price. They were right on time and did the work immediately. I had purchased a faucet for my upstairs utility room and they agreed to install it for me at the same time. Work was done in less than 2 hours! Very clean and responsive! They were awesome!

 + 0 moreThe contractor did an estimate one week after we called, and completed the work 4 business days after that. He was punctual, and his estimate reflected the scope of the job accurately. He explained everything he was doing as he went along. His business method inspired confidence as much as his skill in evaluating and solving the problem. We are happy with the work.
Description of Work: We had a bath/shower faucet in our new condo that could not be turned off properly, due to an error in construction. There were also 2 sink faucets that were stiff and hard to regulate.
