Description of Work: I was extremely pleased with the performance, service and manner of Apex. They were prompt, kept to their estimate even though I asked them to do more than originally requested. The carpets were well cleaned and they were careful with furniture and drying. If I had known they were so good and so reasonable, I would have had them years ago. They cleaned my large third floor, 2 sets of stairs, a hallway/landing and a living room area rug. Apex cleaned my large third floor, 2 stairways, a hallway/landing and a living room area rug.

Description of Work: he came all the way to swanton and did 1100 sq ft for 350 and left his fans for my place to dry. super nice guy!

Description of Work: Our carpet had not been cleaned in a long time (years) and we had company coming. They worked hard to fit it into their schedule. They explained how they spot cleaned first, then cleaned and dried the carpets. They moved and cleaned under all easily moved furniture (couches, tables and chairs--not beds). The bill arrived today- a week later and was right on the estimate they had given on the phone before seeing our rooms. Both my husband and I were very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Carl responded very promptly to water damage in my basement. This included drying out carpets, checking for moisture, mold, mildew in and around baseboards and sheetrock. He explained all that he was doing and showed me how to turn off blowers and empty the dehumidifier. I have used him before and he was the only one I chose to call.
