Big Als Roofing

Big Al's Roofing was very responsive to my questions. The budget was reasonable and covered all normal expenses. They showed up when promised and worked quickly, given the weather conditions (early April). They completed the job when promised and left my yard clean. The roof looks great - a professional job all around. Highly recommended.

Alex is great to work with, very responsive, and very elaborate answering questions which helps build trust. He and his team were very respectful and professional to work with, and even worked over to finish on time despite some poor weather. Also worth mentioning, they did a great job cleaning up! I really appreciate the job very well done, from start to finish, by him and his team and will be hiring them for future projects, would highly recommend!!

Fantastic! Alex was incredibly responsive throughout the preparation and installation process. Alex responded quickly for quote. The quote was fair and detailed. Him and his crew were efficient and professional. The job was completed ahead of schedule despite some adverse weather conditions. They were very thorough cleaning up any debris and materials. There were no surprises when we got the final bill. The roof looks great! We're very happy with Big Al's work and would recommend them to anyone.

Skylight replacement and roofing/flashing work

We called Alex and Gang from Big Al's - they came over not in 2 days - not in 2 weeks but in 2 hours - this just does not happen these days - when most contractors will not even call you back. They showed up and placed a temp patch to stop water from coming in....we were so impressed by the promptness, skill, and attention to detail - we hired them to replace our entire roof. I cannot rave enough about the whole crew at Big Al's: hard-working, conscientious, honest, incredible attention to detail and the quality of workmanship is simply unsurpassed. And keep in mind here - I do not these fellows they live 2.5 hours away from my house. What amazing workers and with an incredible work ethic. the fotos here show the boys at work.

Excellent. I had a poor experience with 2 prior roofing contractors and had shared my concerns with Alex. He was empathetic and assured me he wanted me to be happy with hiring him. A good friend had referred him to me as well. Alex showed up when he said he would and made sure he left the job site clean and picked up when the job was done. I only rated him “good” pricing wise because he is not the cheapest but I feel he was well worth the price paid to make sure the job was done right. Thank you Alex! Mike
