I am saddened to have to revise my earlier strong review, and I am glad this contractor has sufficient work as a building manager to turn down folks like me.
Description of Work: Henry did not show up as promised, and did not call to cancel or set another appointment. When I texted to verify if he was able to keep his commitment to this single day job, as he had indicated one day ago in a phone conversation, I received this text: "Go ahead and get someone else as I get a lot of emergency calls."
