Description of Work: We thought the estimate was high for the work performed, but we decided to go ahead because they indicated they could do the work relatively quickly. They were not able to do the work when originally scheduled due to a time overage at another job and then we were unable to coordinate a time that was less than three weeks later. When the job was estimated, it was not explained to us that the new LED lights might not be amenable to the use of a dimmer and the lights were too bright. A dimmer was ultimately installed, solving the problem. The work itself was done very nicely and we are very satisfied with the results.

+ -1 moreAs a previous member noted, Chuck is terrific. He is on time, does excellent work and cleans up when finished. He is pleasant and always willing to explain what he is doing/has done. He has done other work for me previously and I have always been completely satisfied. I would recommend him without any reservations.
Description of Work: Smoke detectors replaced with different type and some kitchen outlets replaced with GFCI outlets to conform to present-day code.

+ -1 moreThey have one residential man, Chuck and he is absolutely amazing. When I called the company and I said Chuck was amazing and they said they get calls like that about him all the time. He is so helpful, really polite and kind. He comes exactly when he says he will. We have him at 7am. He gives you lots of advice when you're trying to work out an electrical problem, he knows everything. He will go out of his way, he will even call up his supplier and ask about certain things for you. He is wonderful.
Description of Work: Cole Electric does all of our electrical work. Most recently he installed LED lighting.
