+ -1 moreSears Roebuck were a nightmare. I originally bought a blender and it imploded. A service guy came out and took out the drum. It took about 2 weeks for him to come back out and put the replacement drum in. The manager got mad at the service guy, because he was going to just replace the drum. I ended up just buying a dryer in replacement. Even though I bought a extended warranty I had a hard time getting it replaced. Within 2 months I had to get a new dryer. I will never buy a new appliance from them again. It takes them forever to fix an appliance, it takes more than one trip. One to look at it, then they order the part, and then they come again to complete the repair. They should just keep the parts on hand and bring them with them just in case. Sears and Sears.com won't honor each others warranties.
