Spencer and Logan O'Brien were amazing to work with. They, and their crew, were competent and trustworthy to be at our home during this construction job. Spencer is a very good communicator and responds to questions and requests in a timely manner. He was able to organize all the needed elements from land preparation to electrical to make the garage happen, leaving us with very little to worry about. We are completely happy with the end product of their labors and love how the new garage fits in with our existing home. We will absolutely look to O'Briens and Sons LLC for future projects around the home. Overall, the experience was professional, timely and a great investment! Spencer O’Brien and team are wonderful. Great communication and clear about next steps and expectations set. Lots a great ideas added to my vision as we collaborated on the best options. Started with a basement remodel and became a whole house remodel because Spencer is trustworthy, down to earth and great at his craft.
