He was here on time and done in no time. As a matter of fact, except for cleaner carpets I would not have known he had been here. The best carpet cleaner I have ever used. This will be a yearly event in my house. Thanks so much John, for a job well done. :-)

Excellent job, reasonably priced and I'm pleased with the service. They worked around my hours and were able to get up most of some severe pet stains.Would definitely recommend. Drying took a long time, but it was max humidity outside.

John and his crew were very responsive and did great work in my emergency situation. They took care of me right away as you don't want vinegar soaking into the back seat of your truck for very long. I would highly recommend them.

Terrible. discussed what I needed before they began 80% of furniture/nickknacks were removed..Demonstrated how they could easily clean under bed, etc Found hair band, flosser and dust bunnies after they left. They missed large areas, did not clean around edge of carpet, soaked the carpet so bad that when I walked on area near door 2 days later, I soaked my socks. I ran fans, overhead fans and put the heat up. Three days later i was concerned aboit mold under carpet, I hired someone elso to remove wet.A 45 lb. trunk was placed on top of a wicker chair, and left there. No foam pieces were used in both of rooms. a small carpet 3x3, area rug supposedly done but $$$$$. Several traffic areas were not done. I was looking for my checkbook and they said just mail it in. They seemed in a hurry. I did not look around until after they were gone. They seemed so nice I even game them both a $10 tip.( I usually tip people)Dumb me. I emailed the owner and told him if he wanted to come by and see, he needed to come next day. Never heard from him.Am i upset? Oh yeahi have not paid him!

I had a first-time user coupon for $25 off. The staff was prompt, efficient and thorough leaving the carpet looking new. The day was about 45 degrees, so even with fans, it took a long time for the carpet to dry, and it took over a week for the cleaning products smell to clear. However, much of this may have been the deep enzyme treatment used for the pet odors, and I don't fault the company. I expect to have the carpet cleaned yearly and recommend Champlain.

From my first phone call inquiring about their services to their departure (complete with "thank you" note, evaluation form, and offer to return to remove furniture protectors), I was impressed with their courteous and professional style. The company's longevity and its ability to hire, train, and retain workers speaks well for it. I also appreciate their practice of lowering rates/sq.ft. as the area cleaned increases. I would not hesitate to call on them again or to recommend them to others.

Perfect. Apart from the consummate professionalism of the man (whose name escapes me), he also gave information about different modes of carpet shampooing and explained other helpful facts. And he "threw in" a an extra shampoo job on a carpeted landing which we hadn't requested but he kindly did anyway. He was quiet, quick, friendly, and reliably, and I plan to use him and/or this company now on out. Also, I would share that he had to get the equipment up five flights of stairs; there was no trouble. We are happy customers.

John and his crew of excellent professionals came right on time, carefully explained all my options, and definitely had my best interests as their top priority. The guys were very pleasant, worked quickly, and did a fabulous job.

The man who knocked on my door was an adult (not a teenager!) who was prompt, courteous and efficient. He billed $20 me less than the estimate I received over the phone. My only disappointment is that my carpet didn't look brand spanking new when he was done. It was significantly improved, however, and there's only so much a carpet cleaner can do. I do wonder if a different company's machinery might have gotten it cleaner, but my guess is that it probably would have been the same. I will definitely use these folks again.

We have used Champlain Carpet multiple times over a 10 year period. The staff are always professional and helpful. They guarantee their work and will make a return visit, no charge, if any spot was missed.

Called because our cats are marking all along the baseboards of the living room. The fellow I spoke with informed me that, while they have plenty of experience with my issue, I really wouldn't benefit from a carpet cleaning because the urine probably would have penetrated the floor and/or wall, based on the location. He suggested I pull up the carpet and find out what the damage is to that part of the floor/wall and made a couple of recommendations on how to treat it. I find a company that tells me when I don't need their service is probably forthright enough to call back in the future when I do need their service.

I have hired this company multiple times, over 8 years, and have always been pleased with the results, costs and customer service.

These guys were GREAT! I called and they were able to schedule me the very next day for my carpet cleaning. They estimated the cost over the phone based on the measurements I gave them and they didn't charge a penny over. The worker they sent was courteous but not chatty-he went straight to work and didn't seem to mind the sheer chaos going on around him with all the conference calls and other workers coming and going that day! He put little papers under all the furniture so the wood didn't leave stains on the newly cleaned carpet, packed up all his equipment, and left. About as efficient as they come, if you ask me!

Two employees promptly arrived to setup equipment for carpet cleaning. They cleaned 9 offices/cubicles, the receptionist area and two hallways. Done in a prompt and timely manner. Very professional.
