Description of Work: Dropped off a storage container for us to fill up while we transition to a new home. Action then picked it up and is storing it at their facility until we are ready to have it dropped off at our new home.

Description of Work: They packed and shipped household goods from Vermont to Washington State. Overall in Vermont, our experience was good. More care could have been taken to protect the rug in our hallway, which became soiled as a result of moving. In Washington, our household goods were stored in a storage container. This experience was challenging because we weren't able to verify that all our goods had arrived due to the lack of appropriate paperwork.

+ -1 moreGenerally everything went fine. They showed up when promised and delivered our goods when requested. The showed up with a truck that was to small to take all our goods to the warehouse so had to return the next day with another truck. They didn't have a step ladder so used ours never inventoried it so we never saw it again. We had a few damaged pieces and several scratches on our furniture. They were very responsive in paying us for the damaged items. Not the best and far from the worse movers we have used in our ten other moves.
Description of Work: Action Moving pack our household gods stored them for 4 months and delivered them to our new home in New Jersey.

+ -1 moreThey packed the furniture and my gardening equipment. The time it took for them to find my house was nerve wracking but overall they were pretty good. I would use them in the future.
