Steve and Nick arrived on time, just like he promised. We walked thru the house to be sure, agreed on outlets, etc. we discussed on phone and he showed us before the work began. They went to work and done in about the time he promised. Very courteous in our home, polite, shook hands and looked at you in the eye when talking. Steve is a welcomed service provider and trust his recommendations. This is my first use of Angie's list - what a great start!

Steve and Nick are terrific. Very responsible, knowledgeable and professional. Their work is high quality and their rates are very reasonable. Our house has been expanded, remodeled and renovated over several owners. None of the electrical work is straightforward or simple. Steve and Nick have been great, working through the idiosyncrasies of our home and finding the best solutions for us and what we want to accomplish. They have done work for us several times and are getting ready to do another job for us in the next couple of weeks.

Steve and Nick are top-notch! Here's why they are awesome: 1. I called *after* business hours and left a message wanting to find out if/when they were available, how much it might cost, etc. I received a call back in less than an hour! 2. Exceeded my expectations by offering an early morning appointment the next day. 3. Right on time 4. Courteous, friendly, professional 5. Very fair in pricing, especially considering how quickly they responded to my request and for the annoyance factor of the job. Did not charge me for miscellaneous hardware that I did not have (nuts/screws). 6. Offered to help recommend other providers (plumber, painters, etc) after finding out I was new to the area. I have nothing but nice things to say about Steve and Nick and would recommend them without hesitation -- in fact, I plan on having them return for more projects in the future. :)

I called Steve and he came by to give me an estimate. He had a busy schedule, but said he could get the work done in time before my movers came. He and his partner arrived promptly on the scheduled day and got all the work done in good time. They were able to put the new grounded outlets exactly where I wanted them, even though the way the house is constructed made it difficult to gain access for some of the new wiring. I was very impressed with the professionalism, the quality of the work, and the good communication. I think the price for the work was reasonable. I had gotten an estimate from another electrician before calling Steve, and the two estimates were almost the same. I highly recommend Spadaccini Electric, and will definitely call Steve the next time I need electrical work done.

They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a pure pleasure to deal with! There was an additional component of the job that we weren't anticipating. And rather than leave it for another day (and probably additional changes) they had someone drive over the materials that they needed. They were also creative about the solution needed. Wow! They also kept in touch to try and get me in earlier than originally scheduled. Steve even went so far as to recommend a few other service providers when I mentioned we were new to the area. In summary, these gentlemen are 100% trustworthy and great at what they do. Cannot speak highly enough about them.

Steve (and Nick) did a great job! We needed electrical consulting and two additional visits to complete the work at our house. Steve was responsive and professional in his communications, planning and scheduling. He responded promptly via phone and eMail. We had a delay when one ceiling fan didn't arrive on time; Steve & Nick did all the prep work as scheduled and then squeezed us in promptly (during a heat wave ... in Vermont!) when the fan arrived a week later. We really appreciated Steve's consulting and his depth of experience and knowledge in the greater Burlington area. We've tried several local electricians and are now delighted to have found "the best"! It may be possible to find a lower price, but Steve and Nick deliver efficient quality work -- good value for the price.

Steve was very responsive via email, both to set up a time to meet as well as follow-up. We needed two bathroom fans to be replaced, and wanted advice on what to do in our family room for lighting. When Steve came by to check out the existing bathroom fans, he told us what our options were for new fans, and warned us of potential problems (for example, one fan was close to the roof line and wouldn't know if they'd be able to properly replace the fan in the same spot - he wouldn't know until they got up there). He was also amenable to my desired brand (and to ordering via Amazon.com as he couldn't get them locally any time soon). On this same visit we reviewed the options for the family room. In response to my original idea for recessed lighting, he said he could do it but warned that it could be an involved process and would require someone to finish the job of taping any new drywall, which would then require painting the entire ceiling (which for us was more than half of the first floor). I was glad he was so upfront about the amount of work that might be needed, because we were hoping for something less involved. He then gave me potential options, such as adding new outlets to work off a switch and where he could do sconces. His advice was much appreciated as it helped us better think about what to do (which involved nothing at this time!). The actual work of replacing the fans went smoothly. They were sure to cover the area around the entrance to the attic, and cleaned up all areas after the work. Luckily there were no problems with the install. My husband was working from home and it was not a problem. If I had one negative it would be that they left the old fans with us - not a big deal as we have a bunch of stuff to take to the dump anyway. We'll gladly use Steve again for any future electrical needs.

This was a time and material job involving the owner and his assistant. They were personable, prompt, competent and were fast. Very professional! They were a "good value" for the $$. I would hire them again.

After the fluorescent lighting was installed and the lights were all turned on at the same time, one tube was slightly off in color,warmth and shade from the other three. It was the exact same manufacturer, type and serial number as the others, but was "off." Over the course of the next week, Steve made approximately three separate trips to his supplier as well as others to try to find just the right match. He did not give up until he did! Steve put time and care into getting that one tube, as well as the whole job, just right. He was at all times pleasant and positive. We were very happy with the job, and it is a pleasure to work with Steve. He cares very much about his customer and the quality of his work.

Steve and Nick showed up exactly on time and got right at it. The ran into a few snags on the fireplace job but got creative and figured out a way to make it happen. Overall they both were clearly very good at what they do as well as being very professional and personable. The job they did was so good that they guys that came later in the day to install the fireplace commented on what a great job the fireplace hook-up was. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Steve to others and plan to use him for all future projects.

Steve and Nick are top-notch at what they do. We hired them for this particular job because in our last home they did such excellent work in our previous remodeling project. We trust their work 100% and Spadaccini is the first call we make whenever we need an electrician. From rewiring to new construction, you know you're going to get great service and a fair price. On a personal note, it is also reassuring to have professionals in your home who you trust and respect. Both Steve and Nick are great guys.

Steve was prompt, efficient and very professional. Nick his second was here for the entire job also performing to a high quality standard. The job was scheduled for two days. It started promptly and ended as planned with all work done to code as required. The job is scheduled to have its inspection and I am confident that it will be comply with all standards for the area. I will have Steve and Nick back for any electrical concerns that I may have in the future. I strongly recommend this service to anyone who is in need of electrical work. The only downside to this job was that I was not able to use the Angies List coupon. The estimate was given in writing and agreed to. I presented the coupon to Steve when the job was completed and I was told that the discount was included in the estimate. There was no indication on the estimate that this inclusion was there.

Steve was the consummate professional right from the start. He returned my email within 12 hours and made arrangements to stop by our property to take a look at the job immediately. He was able to fit the job into his schedule within days and completed it within a week of our first email conversation. He took care to explain the code issues and what he needed to do to make sure everything adhered to it. He showed up when he said he would, and worked straight through until the job was done (a little more than 1/2 a day). He was up front about everything throughout the whole process and appeared to be efficient in getting the job done the way he said he would. We were pleased with the results. I'd recommend Steve and hire him again.

Response to e-mail request was the next day; scheduled home visit to look at project; work was scheduled and completed within a week. He was very knowledgeable, punctual, professional, and we would definitely use him for additional electrical projects.

Everything went well as it always does. We've had Steve do work numerous times, and he has been prompt, dependable, and knowledgeable. My mind is set at ease whenever I know Steve is on the job.
